The National Youth Service Corps Scheme in Adamawa state under the leadership of the State Coordinator, Mal. Abubakar Mohammed today recorded another milestone with the graduation of 121 Development Knowledge Facilitators.
Speaking at the weaning ceremony, the SDGs programme Supervisor, Mr. Benjamin Anjira said that the Corps members have passed through a rigorous training under the tutelage of development experts from the Sustainable Development Goals.
While presenting the graduands to NYSC Management, the team leader of the trainers, Mr. Dan Ojei said that the Corps members who began the class just few days back have been tutorred very well to go out and do exploits as development ambassadors.
In his response, the State Coordinator, represented by the Resident Officer I Mr. Ya’u Yaranduwa commended the trainees for taking the bold step to be part of the exercise.
He equally called on them to step down the training to the larger society after the orientation course, and appreciated the Facilitators for taking their time to equip the Corps members for the task ahead.
