Nuruddeen Nyako, born in Numan in 1977 in the family of late Alh. Hamman Adama Nyako who served as a Native Authority official, as a teacher and retired as the Depot Manager Export Processing Zone, Numan.
Late Alh. Hamman Adama Nyako left the legacy of being a bridge builder, promoter of love and peaceful coexistence during his decades stay in Numan.
Nuruddeen is the 18th child of a family of 20 children and was the first child to be delivered at Numan General Hospital on the day it was linked to the National Grid.
He attended Central Primary School Numan and moved to General Murtala Mohammed College Yola for his Secondary School.
He further went to Bayero University Kano where he obtained a Diploma in Social Policy & Administration and another Advanced Diploma in Law.
Later returned to the Federal University of Technology Yola, now MAUTECH where he obtained a Degree in Banking & Finance.
He joined EFCC as an Intermediate Cadet Officer in 2006 and rose quickly to become the Acting Head of Mobile Forensic Unit of the EFCC under the Advance Fee Fraud Section in Lagos Zonal Office.
He later was transferred to Abuja where he briefly served under the Chairman’s Monitoring Unit as an Operative and also an IT Maintenance Officer.
Nuruddeen voluntarily resigned from the EFCC in 2009. And in 2010 he became the Consultant/Founding Manager, Suleiman Ribadu Academy, Yola,
In 2011, he became the Consultant/Founding Manager, Ibadurrahman Academy, Yola.
In 2012, he joined the Community Service Unit of American University of Nigeria as a Volunteer and served up to 2014 in various Community Interventions by the AUN.
Nuruddeen founded Standard Academy as a Philanthropic effort to accommodate out of School and Vulnerable Children and give them a quality education.
Nuruddeen became the pioneer School Director and Head of Administration of Standard Academy Yola.
As part of his efforts to further his philanthropic activities, Nuruddeen became a Research Associate of a U.S based NGO Economics On The Move and did so much in the areas of empowering the local population through capacity building, dissemination of economic knowledge and business orientation.
Nuruddeen went further to establish his own NGO, together with some associates, with the same name to be known as Economics On The Move (EOTM) Support Foundation in 2015.
He is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of EOTM Support Foundation to date.
