Gov. Bindow Communicated Worry Over The Pitiful State Of College of Agriculture, Ganye, Approves N70 Million For It

The Provost of Adamawa State College of Agriculture, Ganye, Dr Abubakar Yaji, said the school in 1991 had been working with no of its courses certify by the significant government offices.

Yaji said this on Thursday in Ganye while instructions Gov. Muhammadu Bindow of Adamawa when he went to the school.

The executive said that the school would require N508 million to redesign its offices to get together with prerequisites for accreditation of its courses.

The executive said that the non-accreditation of courses keep running by the school had been influencing its alumni from landing positions and picking up inductions into colleges to facilitate their training.

He said that the school was in pressing need of N65 Million to address some basic issues including the development of its border fence.

Gov. Bindow who communicated worry over the pitiful states of the establishment, instantly affirmed N70 million for it.

Bindow asked administration of the school to guarantee a sensible use of the sum which he said would be observed by government.

Adamawa State College of Agriculture started operation at its transitory site in Mubi town in 1991 preceding moving to the perpetual site in Ganye town in 2008.
